AM- Got in my usual 2 sets again today. Feeling pretty good after last nights run. My tummy was upset and I had some heartburn before bed. But slept pretty good. We are in the single digits now for SG. Hopefully tonight I will get in a bike ride or might go run with a buddy from the ward who is starting up running. Will see which one happens tonight. No wife till much later tonight since parent teacher confrences this week.:(

I never had a chance to comment on your run yesterday. Looks like you really got in a good one. I cant' believe you all are so close to SGM. It is weird following you all so closely when I am not doing it with you. I think I'm about as excited as you guys are.

Marc- Oh its getting here. I am trying to hold back my excitement.:) Feeling pretty good about this race. Hope all goes well.

Rhett- Oh I know the feeling man. With ToU and DesNews. I was able to cheer at both and knew people running them. I was getting so excited for it. Just glad I could go and cheer it even made it that much better. I have to admit seeing different people really welded up some emotions in me.
