Got in another 5 miles today. Ankle a bit sore from Tues. Iced it and it felt better. Sore a bit on run. I will ice it again today. The Icing actually seems to do wonders for it. I should of done it a month ago instead of just resting it. Oh well live and learn. Oh I got a bunch of ice packs from a Co-worker. So I have them in every building now at work. So I can ice it all the time. |
