Headed down to the JRP.  Was nice and cool morning.  Was going to meet up with Lizzer.  But she didn't show.  She was going to run  with my wife.  But she wasn't feeling well so it was just me.  And Lizzer didn't make it either.  So after she didn't show up either.  Headed South to start it off.  Worked on picking up my feet, posture and breathing again.  Wasn't to worried about the pace till mile 11 when I decided to add some speed into it.  Was a good long run.

Wow, you are carrying over your marathon fitness into some nice runs here. Maybe you should think about running another one soon. Nice speedy mile there at the end, you must have been feeling good.

Kathie- Yeah she wasn't feeling it on her bike ride the night before.:(

Teena- I will:)

Rhett- Yeah it was feeling good on this one. I was sure thinking about doing CIM, Mesquite, or LV. But decided I should save the money instead and just go for it agian at Ogden.

Tim- Good recovery long run.:)
