Just getting in another day of running.  Hoping to hit 6 days this week.  Took 44:38 for this run.  Felt pretty good besides the heat of 80+

Dang dude, you must run in the evening when it's still hot, those temps sound like Las Vegas at 5:00 AM.

Ya I was thinking about you down there grinding out the miles yesterday in the heat. It was 6:30pm. Wanted to get some sleep in earlier. Next week I am going to try running in the mornings if I can get to bed at a good time.

Don't know that I ever asked you this but what do you do for work and what is your work schedule like? Do you work odd hours so you can't have a set running schedule? It would seem like morning up in Utah would be great for running. I know there is no way I could do evenings here in Vegas cause it never cools off unless you consider 80+ cool and that doesn't happen until 4 or 5 in the morning.

Well I dont know if I did actually. I work at a missile plant. Use to work shift work. But now I work straight days 5 10s 6:30 to 4:30. With a 30 min commute. I would just have to get up at 3:30 or so to get a run in normally. If I ran in the morning. And since its a new area. Still tring to find all the potholes and route. I really need to start running more in the mornings though.
