K push-up challenge day.  Week 5 day 3 column 3.  Here are the sets... 20, 20, 24, 24, 20, 20, 22 and 50.  Last set was really tough.  Started really slowing down after first 25.  Had man was it tougher after that.  Would have to stop after 5s then after 4s till I hit 50.  Would only stop for a sec shake out the arms and kept going.  Man you got to love the burn and the pump you get from it.  Looking forward to Ogden to see everyone elses arms.  I for one am seeing some good results from it so far.  Will have to ask the GF if she sees anything different.:)   Also did planks and bridges again.  Will see what else I can throw in throughout the day.

OK Mark, I'm starting to think that you only race anymore. You know a few more miles in between the races will make your races faster.

Maybe you should wear one of the tight UnderArmor shirts on you next run with the GF so she can check out the new guns.

LOL its looking like that isnt it. Well the racing series has helped me get out there even more. And has been a good build up on my mileage. Also on the good side the foot is recovering very well. I just might have to go back to one of my tight UA shirts.

AS long as you don't only wear a tight Speedo, things should be ok.

That GF of yours will have to check out those "guns" for sure but I hear she's more of a Nike girl!

Paul- LOL yea that would be swimming that I got the speedo jammers. But I am not much of a swimmer.:(

Misfit- That is true she is a Nike girl. But I am kind of a mix loyalty kind of guy. Nike, UA, Asics etc... Only thing is about the gun show is that your guns looks sexy. Mine are more hopefully muscular.:)

Huans, didn't you have big guns to start with? Wasn't that you that had 6% body-fat, if I recall. Just keep pumping up that upper body...sure you'll look great, and your GF might get jealous of you spending more time looking in the mirror instead of looking at her!! Glad to hear your injury is getting better.

Marc- Yea I was leaner before. But not hitting the weights as much. She can be very distracting. Its good to just see some progress in the push ups.
