Mark...

Is that the same ankle injury from a couple of weeks ago? I hope it starts to feel better soon.

Baby that ankle!!

That is one thing I have always been impressed with ... your smartness when it comes to listening to your body.

Keep listening.

(and have a great day!!)

Oh so sorry about the ankle! I hope you get feeling better soon!

So you ran a 5K PR on a bum ankle!!! Your a beast. I hope it gets better soon.

Dale- Yeah same one as before. I should of come back slower from it. It was sore again after my Tues intervals and so rested it Wen for the race. Now paying for it. I think it might of been the football or basketball. I beat my body up good on Thur.

Teena- Ya I totally can feel for you now with not being able to run. Talk about taking you out of your element. It is feeling better today and I will keep it nice and easy pace. No speed work this coming week for sure.

Kathie- Thanks Kathie. I hope your back up to good health soon if not already.

Rhett- I took a ibrophen before I ran. It wasnt to sore just slightly. It is feeling better after icing it though. Should be good for a slow run today will see tonight.

Mark -- Sorry to hear your ankle flared up on ya. Can you wrap it before you go for a slow and easy run today?

From huans32 on Tue, Dec 02, 2008 at 17:32:55

Wrap it for the run?? Hmm I havent wrapped it yet. It isnt really swollen. Just achy.
