Think I will rest today.  My legs and such are just a tiny bit sore.  Nothing out of the ordinary.  But got a bit of a sore throat.  So going to rest today.  Figure it wont hurt my running if anything it will help.  I dont think its serious.  Been dealing with allergies the last few weeks.

Change of seasons will do that to you along with wearing out your body with all this running. A day off certainly will not hurt at this point. Recovery is all you need to worry about. Just do whatever works best for you.....looks like you already are.

How are you feeling today Mark??

From Huans32 on Wed, Sep 24, 2008 at 15:23:52

Wearing a dust mask around at work to help slow the flow and the sneezing. I am sure its just allergies. So going to go out and run more. I think I will take some meds too. Since I am only running shorter distances and not to worry about getting dehydrated like SLC marathon. But besides that I feel great. And with each marathon I feel the recovery getting shorter.
