Well looks like I will start my tri training now.  I can swim and bike.  No running though so might do my running portion on a eliptical instead.  But really wants me to swim.  So its sounding like something I can deal with just fine.  Will be doing more walking and such.  Just need to avoid a few things like I don't know lifting and twisting.

Good luck with the tri training, nice to be able to keep things going despite a back injury.

sorry about the injury, but swimming and biking are great when you can't run. hope everything heals up for you quickly.

Sorry to hear about the back issue. I hope it heals quickly.

I'm glad you are able to keep training at least.

How is everything feeling?

What is up with yours and Kristi's backs?

I am so sorry that you are dealing with this.

Luckily you are now a triathlete and can swim and bike until your back is better. Doesn't the twisting motion of swimming hurt your back?

Mark, chance to become Mark Spitz like? Look out Tris - positives will be the result from bike and swim.
