Went to a customer appreicaition party at WRC.  It was quite cool.  They gave out a cool goodie bag.  We got like 2 shirts, 2 water bottles, reflective vest, small hand water bottle, gu's and other stuff.  It was really nice of them.  Good thing paid day wasn't till tomorrow or I would of spent it there.  And they had food and refreshments.  It was really cool.  I just love that store.:)

All that stuff for free? I don't know what WRC stands for, but it sounds awesome. All I've ever got from a store is a couple pair of socks...although they were nice socks.

WRC= Wasatch Running Center. Local running store that is my favorite store to shop at.:) I get gear there. They have a great selection of running gear. Just not enough Tri stuff the wife says. I would say at least 70-100 bucks of free stuff.

Did they mention anything about 2010 Grand Slam and what the fourth and alternate races will be? I got an email about the next Slam and they are going to a lottery system because too many people signed up this year.

Tim- OH YEAH!!

Jeff- Yeah got to love runners get togethers.

Dale- Yeah I have been a member there for the last 2-3 yrs and this was a first. They are doing some Divas night tonight that the wife and Lizzer are going to. Will be interesting to see what they get from that. And they didn't mention anything about the Slam. They normal do that around Jan. And that is when you can sign up for it.

Kathie- Free and gifts is what got the wife there. Food and refreshments is what got me there.:)

Chad- Dale has been talking that one up alot too. I am sure thinking about it. And if you guys are coming up I just might have to do it with you guys. Would give me plenty of time to recover and do well at SG.
