Ran 4 easy miles with the wife.  Knee was giving me some grief and didn't loosen up till mile 3.  Was 36 degrees for the run and we had some snow.

Went to a customer appreicaition party at WRC.  It was quite cool.  They gave out a cool goodie bag.  We got like 2 shirts, 2 water bottles, reflective vest, small hand water bottle, gu's and other stuff.  It was really nice of them.  Good thing paid day wasn't till tomorrow or I would of spent it there.  And they had food and refreshments.  It was really cool.  I just love that store.:)

Had a nice run today.  Temp was 34 or so with only a slight breeze.  Focused on staying relaxed with good form.  The 3rd mile was uphill till about 4.5 and then last mile downhill.  Tried to pick up the pace on mile 5 and have a fast final downhill mile.  Going to start back up a more solid training next week.  Got a flag football game tomorrow so got in a bit of a run today.
