Rested up for the day.  Felt really good for the most part.  Walked to the ReAL game on Sat night.  And back felt really good to get the soreness out.

Wanted to test the legs out today.  And went for 2 laps around Liberty park.  First mile I took easy and next 2 I just ran around 9 min miles.  Was a good recovery run.

Think I will rest today.  My legs and such are just a tiny bit sore.  Nothing out of the ordinary.  But got a bit of a sore throat.  So going to rest today.  Figure it wont hurt my running if anything it will help.  I dont think its serious.  Been dealing with allergies the last few weeks.

Went out for 4 loops around the park.  Had a good run.  Tried to pick up the pace some after the first lap and keep it under 8 mins.  And last one I pushed the pace even more.  Ended up under 7 min pace.  So felt really good about it.

Resting today.  Got up at 3:30 to run was outside getting ready to run and just didnt feel like it.  So when the garmin wasnt working right.  I decided to call it good and maybe try a run later.  Feeling a bit under the weather is all.

Wasnt feeling that hot last night.  So went to the store and got some meds.  Slept pretty good and I am feeling better today so far.  These allergies are kicking me butt.  I am playing it by feel right now.  Not sure if I will get a run in tonight.  Since I will have my girls for the weekend.  But right now I am more just wanting to get healthy and strong for the race.  The miles I am not so worried about.
