AM- Only was able to get 2 sets in today. But had a extra 1-2 things to the curcuit. Planks, bridges, walking lunges, flamingos, push-ups and dips. Shoulder is still a bit sore when I do the push-ups and seems ok with I do the dips. Will see how it feels later.
PM- Got a run in after work before MrsFit got home. Did the 4 miler loop. Still a bit tired from Sat long run so made it a easy run. Felt good at the end of it. Can't wait till after Ogden to follow a set program. Been just building up a base. TT- 36:08 AP- 8:36
