AM-  Wanted to get back into the routine of core work and such.  2 sets of each.  Planks 1:30, leg lifts 12, bridges 12, flamingos 1 min each leg, toe lifts 20, toe walks 20, and 35 push-ups.  Hoping to get in 3 miles at a easy pace tonight with the wife.  Legs are feeling good today.  Only my right calve is tight.  Rest of the body is feeling good.

I am so happy to hear you are feeling great and back to the flamingos! Enjoy the run tonight, hopefully it will not be too windy!

So you're doing the Bryce Canyon 1/2? That's awesome! I'm signed up for it, hoping to be back in shape by then.

(Great job on your marathon saturday. It's good that you're recoving well)

Way to go Mark back to that core work...is the core work for you or for Kristi?

Kelli- Didnt make it out for a run last night. Weather kind of made it harder and we needed to get some stuff done too. But at least the body was feeling like it wanted to do some running.

Dale- Yeah I feel good. Calve was tight yesterday but today is feeling normal again. Its all good. I was planning on doing the run on Wed anyhow.

Cal- That is sweet!! I love Cryce Canyon. Its my favorite half so far that I have ran. Would be cool to see you down there and most likely you will be back in shape and giving me a run for my money.:)

Kathie- LOL the core is being worked that is all I will say. And to actually seemed to help alot more later in the race too. I do know though when I was holding my little one after the race at the hospital. My abs were sure sore. But my form during the race felt pretty strong through out. I just need to get some different things to do now and change it up.
