AM-  Doing the circuit again today.  Feeling alot stronger and the consistance is starting to pay off for Gary and I.  I do need to find some other things to do on the off days in addition to these.

Paul- Its nice that my boss doesn't get down to where we are for 15-30 mins everyday. So gives us a few mins to get in a quick workout.
