Crazy day. Needed to do a long run. Got up at 3am to do it. But opted to do it after work instead. Got off work at 10am and went to the gym after eating lunch. Wasn't much fun. Was dealing with GI issues. Not sure really what made the run suck. If it was eating before that threw off the run. Or it was the tired legs from riding the first time in a few weeks. Or even that I started my run out at the 7:35 pace and tried to hold it the whole 10 that I had plan. But ended up calling it good at 6 miles after a couple pit stops.:( Not great for a confidence builder for PC coming up next weekend. |
