I don't know Huans, that wife of yours is a real "flake" when it comes to working out ;)

I still don't know what "cards" mean. You have probably explained it before. But I still have this vision of you playing card games secretly before the boss shows up and picture you dismantling everything (hiding the deck of cards) in a hurry. GOOD JOB! Hope you and the wife have a GREAT ride tonight. Is the air just as bad as it is in Utah County? It's all hazy and smoky out there. How are we gonna do our speedwork tomorrow?

So how was your ride?

Smooth- Going to probably do my speedwork on the treadmill. This smoke is really bad for my allergies.
Kathie- We decided to pass on the ride. I ended up with bloody nose last night and been sneezing most of the day today. We need a rain storm.

Oh opps I should of answered that. The cards I got from Bryce Canyons race. They are from IHC and are like 50+ different cards with a bunch of different excercise. For full body, upper body, mid and lower. So like 4-5 different push-ups, 3 sit-ups, and jumping jacks etc.... All on flash cards and they have 3 different lvls of difficulty. And should last around 1min or less each. So you just shuffle the deck and do as many as I have time to do. Its nice to change things up randomly.:)
