Wasn't feeling to hot last night. So didn't workout. Went to bed with a headache. So no early morning run. Ran after work at the gym. Speedwork today, got to love it. So today was 2 miles warm up 1 cool down. With 3 x 1 mile @ 6:00 with 400 RI. Struggled on the last mile alot more then I would like to admit. Got it done though and feel pretty good afterwards. Way sweaty though. The gym doesnt have good circulation up there. Mile 1 8:45 Mile 2 7:00 5 strides 3 x 1 mile @ 10mph 1% incline 3 RI @ 6mph Mile .5 9ish Mile 7 8:00 TT 52:05 AP 8mph
