Wanted to get in a mid-week long run in. So ran a few extra loops at the park. Kind of changed my mind a few times on the run what I wanted to do. But ran first one slower. 2-4 marathon pace. And last few 8s. And then walked a mile. Since I plan on running in the morning. I want to see if the walking after helps.
