Happy New Year everyone!!  Didnt make it to the race last night.  But was able to get up and do a run this morning.  2 miles at 7.0 pace then 3 at 7.5.  Ankle felt just a bit tender at first and it was harder run which was to be expected.  Lifted after 2 sets of 8 pull ups.  Working on some new years resolutions.  Lets see how many I will get done this yr.

Hope that ankle feels better soon. Keep doing the RICE and taking it easy.

I can't believe that ankle is still giving you fits. You must have really sprained it good.

Glad you got in a good run today. Keep taking care of that ankle before, during and after runs.

Dumb Dumb Ankle!! Doesn't it know who's boss?

2 sets of 8 though?? You are so stinkin' tough!!

Hey Mark-O, maybe you should get that ankle looked at. What if you have a stress fracture or a torn ligament? I know I would have had it looked at by now. That was quite a while ago when you injured it.
