Sluggish run today.  Wasnt really happening today for some reason.  Just ran around the park.  Struggled a few of the miles but kept them a bit faster then a recovery.  I am just emotionally drained I think from grandma passing away on Thurs.  Avg pace 8:22 total time 50:12

Went down to the park and ran a few loops.  Started raining right close to the end.  But wasnt much.  Watch was having issues on this run with the overcast i guess.  For the last lap.  And extented it some I am sure from the normal 6 miles.  Felt alot better then yesterdays run.  But throughout the day I just felt drained again.

Avg pace 7:48  Total time 46:56

Wanted to get in a mid-week long run in.  So ran a few extra loops at the park.  Kind of changed my mind a few times on the run what I wanted to do.  But ran first one slower.  2-4 marathon pace.  And last few 8s.  And then walked a mile.  Since I plan on running in the morning.  I want to see if the walking after helps.

Avg pace 7:58.  Total time 1:11:52

Had a nice run this morning.  Went 2 loops around the block.  There was only a slight wind and a bit chilly at first.  Tried out my new jacket and it worked pretty good.  My left knee was acting up a little bit.  Was just maybe a bit tight from last nights run.  Just a nice recovery run.

Got off work early.  So I thought I would get a run in before I get my girls for the weekend.  And I have to be off to the viewing in the evening.  So went down to the park and got in a few good miles.  Was going to just take it easy and well it didnt work out that way.  Each mile just got faster and faster.  I had some extra stress energy to burn off and running does that for me.  Here are the splits for the run..8:30, 8:25, 7:58, 7:47, 7:25, 6:40.  The last one was faster but I had to slow down the last .2.  Just was putting way to much into it.  But still felt great at the end.

Total time 46:46 Avg pace 7:47

I got to write my talk that I will be giving tomorrow at the funeral.  Wish it was more then just 3-5 mins.  Makes it harder to talk for the shorter times.
