Was wanting to get up and run in the morning.  But opted to sleep this time and check out the road when there was more light first.  So ran after work.  Did a 4 mile loop which turn out nice.  Was hoping for a recovery run.  But was a bit faster.

Doing Xtraining today.  Did my push-up challenge this morning.  Doing week 3 day 1.  Which was 14, 18, 14 ,14 and finished with 20.  It felt good.  My Co worker is doing this challenge with me and didnt do to bad with his sets.  Going to do some more ankle strenthening excercises.

Was planning on running this morning.  But last night decided to play BBall at the church instead.  Had a blast and ankle was just a 2/10 while playing.  It was good to play with the boys.  Man has my vertical jump gone to the way side since I have been running.  And my outside shoot was off alot.  My inside game was great though.  Played for a bit over 2 hrs.  So calling it a good farlak workout.:)

Got up and did the push-up challenge day 2 of week 3.  Hit the 20, 25, 15, 15 and then really struggled with maxing out the 25.  Was tough in the 4th set.  And was really shaking and had to stop 2 times in the last 25 before squeaking out the 25.

Played in a Bball game last night.  Was alot of fun.  Legs werent sore ankle was feeling ok.  Just didnt get around to getting in a run.  Had a big Bday party for my neice that took up the majority of the day.
